B. Background Summary

Son of deceased diplomats, whom were killed during the first Klingon
uprising, Logan has spent most of his early years in the care of his
older sister, Lisa Byrne. Garnishing the concept of the current Warp 8
Project, drove himself to be the top of the grade.

During his final year at the Cochrane Advance Service Annex, Logan was
involved in a freak accident in simulated warp field generator chamber,
designed to surpass Warp 8. This led to him having his right arm and upper
right chest replaced with cybernetic replacements. Incorporated into the
limb is diagnostic equipment and a full connect to any computer system
	within range.

VI. Recent Fitness Reports

Logan Byrne is an average human for size and height, although slightly
above weight, due to cybernetic enhancements to his right side.

Prosthetics include: Lower right arm, elbow joint, upper bicep/ triceps
connect, Right rotator cup assembly, right clavicle, and upper right chest

Required maintenance cycle: every 5 years, unless unit is stressed beyond
      nominal operating parameters.

-- Dr. Sekar
	Staff Attending, Starfleet Academy

VII. Psychological Profile
Lt. Byrne has shown defiant behavior traits, due to his disability.
Many of his past classmates have dubbed him a trickster, and on that doesn’t
take things serious, unless lives are at stake. Completing the StarFleet
Academy course within 2 years, he was commended for his redesign of the
previous warp drive systems. Once he was accepted into the Cochrane Warp
Theory Group, he was able to acclimate more towards his peers. Feeling a bit
out of place with his classmates for being younger, Logan withdrew into
	himself, hence his darker humor.

Determination, that once he has introduced himself into a setting, that uses
his talents, it is believed that in such a crew/family setting, he will
become more of an asset then a loner.

-- LCDR Bradley Baines
	Staff Psychologist, Starbase 11

VIII. Current Recreational Interests

Enjoys bowling, art (mostly mechanical design), and model building.
