Exhibits multiple ESP abililties: telekinesis, pyroesis, & teleportating. 
Wears a jewel-like device around his neck which serves as an augmentor of 
his powers.  His self-stated mission is to be a champion of justice for 
the M81 galaxy.  Beyond that he only acknowledges that he is a Kala-ee: a 
species of espers.  He calls himself a Paladin which he asserts is roughly
equivalent to a LCDR.  His outwardly serious demeanor occassionally 
cracks to hint at an outrageous sense of humor.  He is courteous and 
generally amiable, but quite private regarding his own background 
and abilities.  When he is angry he can be very ... frightening.  

His is curious about other cultures and species in the way a grandfather is 
interested in how his extended family is getting along.   He seeks to help 
younger species mature and is willing to take a direct hand in disciplining 
them if necessary.  

He has alluded to a belief in a something called Shangdi and refers to his
amulet as being made of Shen.
