Battle of Wolf 359

The battle of Wolf 359 occured in the year of 2366. It occurred some 7.8 light years from Earth and involved approximately 40 starships in an attempt to stop the Borg invasion of Earth, Sector 0-0-1.

This battle was presented in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Best of Both Worlds."
