Franklin Kidd

Lieutenant Kidd is a young human officer from a family with a long tradition of service in the militaries of the Federation, Earth, and the United States. He is a descendant of Rear Admiral Isaac Kidd, Commander Battleship Squadron ONE, who died during the attack on Pearl Harbor in Terra's second world war.
