Welcome to the central database for the Constitution-Class starship USS Defiant. The Defiant is one of Starfleet's 12 Constitution-class exploration vessels, her mandate being "to explore strange new worlds...to seek out new life, and new civilizations" on the frontiers of the galaxy. Defiant is part of STAR FLEET: ORIGINS, which is based on the alternate timeline set in the 2009 Star Trek movie. It is also a brand-new unit, and is currently searching for crew.
