P13.02.01 A nonbinding recommendation for writing groups

Can we return to the days where a dozen or so paragraphs (or less) is
the norm, where the next post doesn't spend days in creative development
and is something that can be hashed out in a hour or so? Would this
bring the players with less time to devote to the club to a point where
they can more frequently contribute, thus providing more opportunity for
everyone else to latch on?
