Ancients

"Ancients" is the name given by the Builders of the Ancients for their former masters. It is not known precisely who these beings are. Speculation currently runs to one of the races of the Sidhe Imperium, though which is not known. It is possible that the term refers to the Imperium as a whole and not a single race. There is also speculation that these Ancients may be the Preservers. Others feel that the Preservers and Sidhe are one and the same.
